- Download the BLE Locking mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap „Get started“ – you have an option to register either with a phone number or an email address.
- Follow the instructions.
In case you haven’t received an email, please check the Spam or Promotions folder. If you don’t see any emails from BLE Locking, make sure you entered the email address correctly. If details are correct, contact us via chat or email.
If you forgot your password for logging in to the BLE Locking app, here’s what you need to do:
- Open the BLE Locking app.
- Tap on „Sign in“.
- If you are registered with your phone number, tap on „Reset password“ and follow the instructions.
- If you are registered with your email address, tap on „Continue with Email“, then tap „Reset password“ and follow the instructions.
